With a Masters in Public History from USD and 10 years of experience in historic preservation, Jaye brings a unique set of skills to Windermere. She currently serves as President of the Save Our Heritage Organisation where she has been an active Board member and past Vice-President since 2007. A Historic Register and Mills Act specialist, Jaye’s passion for historic architecture and neighborhoods is evident, but not exclusive. Jay enjoys working with every type of buyer or seller in creating his or her own real estate history. Of her local preservation accomplishments, Jaye is proud to have written many successful historic register nominations, but especially for the designation of the unique Russell Forester-designed Modernist style home of Jack-in-the-Box founder Robert O. Peterson. “Whether it’s a first home or a long held family estate, real estate choices are some of the most significant and important decisions that people make in their lives,” said Jaye.
