Women’s Council of Realtors Palm Springs/Desert Cities will be hosting two speakers on Thursday, February 12, at Mission Hills Country Club, located at 34600 Mission Hills Drive in Rancho Mirage, starting at 11:00am.

Best-selling author and feng shui expert Karen Rauch Carter will be offering her top ten tips for selling properties. Skip Paige, a partner in Goldenvoice, will be going over the impact the Coachella Valley Arts and Music Festival and Stagecoach Country Music Festival will have on the Coachella Valley in 2015, including exclusive insight into this year’s festivals.
