The Palm Springs offices of Windermere Real Estate Southern California, including the Palm Springs Main office, located at 850 North Palm Canyon Drive, and Palm Springs South office, located at 2465 East Palm Canyon Drive, recently participated in a friendly competition through the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors® (PSRAR) to collect non-perishable food items and money, with all donations benefitting Well in the Desert, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing those in need with daily access to healthy and nutritious food. The Palm Springs South and Palm Springs Main offices placed second and third in the competition respectively, and combined to raise just under 6,800 pounds of donated food items. Overall, the PSRAR raised a total of 16,481 pounds of donated food and $3,000 from all participating brokerages.

“We are proud of our offices’ joint efforts to raise donations and money for an exceptional cause,” says Denise Anderson, Managing Broker. “David [Cantwell, Managing Broker] and I were impressed with the friendly fervor with which our teams went about collecting donations and opening up their pocketbooks to help.”
Says Windermere Real Estate Southern California Co-Owner Bob Deville, “I would like to congratulate the PSRAR on another successful food drive and commend all of our Palm Springs agents, managers, and staff for their charitable contributions toward the cause. Our family of real estate professionals does an excellent job of helping out those in our local community who may need a hand, and I know Well in the Desert is appreciative of our real estate community’s efforts to help re-stock their supply levels for the coming months.”
