Members of Windermere Real Estate SoCal’s Little Italy office, located at 1742 ½ India Street in Downtown San Diego, sit on the Board for the Metro Area Real Estate Professionals for Young Adult Housing (MARYAH) and are gearing up for their first event of 2015. On Thursday, April 23, MARYAH is holding a Casino Royale & Poker Tournament at Sunset Temple in North Park to raise funds for The Center’s Youth Housing Project. Realtors® Rosemary Snow, Meghan Riva, and Mike Paganelli, as well as Managing Broker Kirk Gregor, are MARYAH board members, helping put on these events, which includes duties from concept inception to planning and execution.
The April 23rd festivities include a 12 table “Vegas style” poker tournament, Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and other classic casino games, as well as valuable prizes and giveaways. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served throughout the night. The poker tournament tickets, which are $50 each, are almost sold out. General admission tickets are $30, with all proceeds of the money raised going toward the cause. The event is open to the public, all interested in attending are welcome to purchase tickets to help support the cause.
MARYAH is a group of Metro Area Real Estate Professionals whose goal is to provide additional funding for the San Diego LGBT Community Center’s Youth Housing Project, which provides programs and low-cost shelter for at-risk and homeless LGBT youth.
