Anne has always been drawn to real estate, specifically architecture and design. “Growing up, I wanted to be an architect, but went into biomedical engineering instead,” she says. “My engineering background allows me to visualize a space in three-dimensions, so I can walk into a home and immediately recognize ways to improve the flow and how it can be achieved.” Anne’s vision for a space and the possibilities it offers has led her to do several successful remodels and upgrades to her personal properties, improving the value and aesthetic of each home.

Clients benefit from Anne’s consulting experience because she understands how to pinpoint their needs and work toward fulfilling them. “I love meeting new people, learning about what it is they are looking for, and then working tirelessly to bring them solutions. I relish the challenge this puzzle offers, and I enjoy finding and placing the pieces to put it all together for a client,” she adds. Anne is also committed to the art of data mining, seeking out the best fit for her home-buying clients and the best offer for her clients selling their homes. “When my client finds the right home or receives a strong offer, I find joy in knowing I helped bring them that happiness and peace at the end of the process.”

Anne was born in upstate New York, grew up in the south of France, and studied in Switzerland. She moved to Seattle 10 years ago and is now a full time resident of La Quinta. Her global experiences and ability to speak multiple languages are an asset when dealing with international clients.
