Across the Coachella Valley, Windermere Real Estate Southern California offices held holiday parties for agents, staff, and managers to celebrate the season and enjoy the company of their colleagues. With parties ranging from the traditional potluck to the not-so-traditional dessert contest and ugly sweater contest, many in the ranks got to show off their cooking and baking talents, and unique taste in holiday fashion.
The Indian Wells offices and Managing Broker Charlie White held a combined potluck, complete with a full turkey and ham spread from Honeybaked Hams. Agents brought in their favorite sides, including candied yams, green beans, macaroni and cheese, scalloped potatoes, and more. Several delectable desserts were whipped up for the party as well, including a red velvet cake, cookies, brownies, and tarts.

In Palm Desert, Branch Manager Randy Wiemer’s Portola and San Pablo offices enjoyed their own unique spin on the holiday festivities. The Portola office held a dessert competition, encouraging all agents to craft their favorite sugary treats to see who is tops in the office. Nicky Kohler’s bread pudding took home the “best of the best” honors this year. The Portola office also held an ugly sweater contest, with the award for ugliest sweater going to Jim Krieg. The San Pablo office also held a dessert competition, with Donelle DuFault’s bread pudding with bourbon sauce winning the top prize.
Managing Broker Don Rossignol and the Rancho Mirage office held a holiday party, complete with a full spread of fare to enjoy. Danail Jekov and his Cathedral City office also held a holiday lunch party in honor of the season and to celebrate another successful year. Managing Broker George Baca and the Indio office held a holiday luncheon at El Campanario Restaurant, which also included a holiday gift exchange.
The three Palm Springs offices, along with Managing Brokers David Cantwell and Denise Anderson, held a combined holiday party at Wang’s in the Desert in Palm Springs. All who attended enjoyed delicious appetizers to fill their bellies and great company to fill the air with laughter and good cheer.
The La Quinta office and Branch Manager Sandy Beakey held a holiday luncheon, complete with a fully catered lunch provided to all in attendance. Agents were encouraged to bring in two-dozen of their favorite cookies for an optional cookie exchange, a real treat for those with a sweet tooth in the office. Participation was also encouraged for the ugly sweater contest, with the top prize ultimately going to Jeanie Spisak.
“We are so lucky to have such high-caliber agents, managers, and staff who want to share in the spirit of the holiday season with one another,” says Bob Deville, Co-Owner of Windermere Real Estate Southern California. “Bob Bennion and I would like to wish all of our Windermere family happy holidays and good fortune in the New Year.”
