Windermere Real Estate SoCal is pleased to welcome the addition of the new Windermere Homes & Estates office in Santaluz, located at 14677 Via Bettona, to the growing Windermere family of real estate professionals in San Diego County. Owned and operated by Brokers Brian Gooding and Rich Johnson, the brokerage’s first office was unveiled in Santaluz in early July. Opening with 25 agents, the interest in joining their new venture is growing with additional agents signing up every week.

With a combined experience of over 30 years as real estate brokers, Brian and Rich are well-known and respected in the San Diego real estate community. Rich and Brian began working together back in 2004 that resulted in a very successful collaboration and helped turn a small company into one of San Diego’s larger real estate firms.
