Windermere Agents Ready For PSRAR Harvest Auction

Join Windermere Real Estate Southern California agents, along with other real estate industry professionals from around the Coachella Valley, next Wednesday at 8:00am at the Mizell Senior Center, located at 480 S Sunrise Way in Palm Springs, for the annual Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors (PSRAR) Harvest Auction. Doors open at 7:15am.

A wide assortment of baskets and desserts will be auctioned off for charity, benefitting Boys & Girls Club of Cathedral City, Save-a-Pet, Well in the Desert, and Desert Escrow Scholarship Fund. Three judges, including Chris Anderson, General Manager of Windermere Real Estate Southern California, will give out awards for most creative basket, best theme, and the basket that earns the highest winning bid.

In addition to the baskets, the winners of the Desert Treasures Raffle will be announced. The raffle is for two chests containing gift certificates for local dining, entertainment, and services. Last year, the chests were valued at $900.00 each. Tickets for the raffle are still available at $25.00 per ticket.

“Everyone on the committee has been working tirelessly to drum up community support for this event, working with local businesses and gathering donations,” stated Johnsie Walsh, Co-Chair of the PSRAR Events Committee and Windermere REALTOR®. “Through our efforts this year and the past 6 years, we expect to reach over $100,000 in donations, with all of the money raised going to charity. I am proud that we as REALTORS® have been able to contribute such a notable amount back to our local community.”

The event is open the public and everyone is invited to participate!
