Stella employs her 20-plus years of real estate experience to help her clients buy and sell properties across the Coachella Valley, specializing in Palm Desert where she is a resident. In addition to her California real estate sales license, Stella holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Stella enjoyed a successful career in the energy industry, including time spent as an executive for a Fortune 500 company. Her impressive professional skillset helps her deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience for her clients. “The majority of my career was in customer service, acting as liaison between the company and our clients,” Stella states. “I have a wealth of experience developing and nurturing client relationships, negotiating multi-million-dollar utilities contracts, and with project management making sure projects are organized and delivered on-time, all of which serve my real estate clients well.”

Continues Stella, “I have always enjoyed the real estate market and working with people. The key to success has everything to do with people. Building relationships, staying focused on your clients, and earning their trust is crucial. To forge these bonds, you must not only share your real estate knowledge, but also information about the community. If you can be a resource to your clients, you will build a successful business.”

Outside of her passion for real estate, Stella enjoys the full benefits of desert living. She loves meeting people through pickleball and golf, and has her eyes set on volunteering with local organizations. “I enjoy helping kids and think it’s important that we give them all of the support that we can, especially those who may need extra assistance. I am looking forward to giving back to our community for a cause I care about deeply.”
