Bert Garland is an Associate Broker with Windermere’s Commercial Division located at 44530 San Pablo Ave in Palm Desert. Bert’s extensive career began as an airline pilot and instructor, eventually leading him to the position of CEO of his own aircraft sales and aviation insurance brokerage company. Employing over 50 people in 5 states gave Bert an excellent opportunity to foster and cultivate a multitude of professional relationships. Bert is a great communicator, which is one of the many reasons he has experienced so much success in the real estate industry. Bert has acquired over 35 years of experience and knowledge in the commercial real estate industry with over 50 projects from subdivisions to shopping centers on his resume. Bert enjoys extensive experience as a land use consultant specializing in entitlements, annexations and zoning among others. In addition, Bert has been involved with conservation easement development, consulting on endangered species, bank mitigation, and wetland protection.
