Sharon Rogers, an agent at Windermere’s Palm Desert San Pablo office, was elected to serve as the President-Elect for the 2013 Board. Sharon has served two years as a Director at CDAR and has been representing buyers and sellers throughout the Coachella Valley for the past 10 years.  Sharon’s real estate experience includes residential sales and income property acquisition as well as property leasing and management.

Stacey Grande, an agent at Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office, will start her first year of service at the CDAR as a Director. Stacey is a licensed agent with additional GRI, SRES and ASP credentials. Her previous background in nursing provides her with an innate ability to discern and visualize her clients’ real estate goals.

“Stacey has such staying power as an agent. She really goes that extra distance for her clients, and she has a strong sense of her fiduciary responsibilities to her clients,” noted Sandi Richardson, Managing Broker for the Portola office at 73993 Highway 111.

Cathi Walter is a returning Director to the CDAR board and has sat on the Professional Standards and Governmental Relations Committee. Cathi currently serves as Chair for CDAR’s Marketing committee and has served as one of the State Directors for Region 28 with the California Association of Realtors.

Cathi is an agent at Windermere’s Palm Desert San Pablo office where her wide-ranging background in marketing, staging and interior design is an invaluable asset to the numerous buyers and sellers she represents. “Cathi provides her clients with priceless guidance utilizing her substantial experience and background in the industry,” said Bryan Arnold.

Susan Winters-McIntosh will serve as a Director of the 2013 DCAR board. A licensed real estate professional since 1987, Susan has been successfully representing buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate throughout the desert communities from Palm Springs to La Quinta.  Her strong background in sales and marketing is complemented by her enthusiasm to assist her clients.

Susan is a Premier Director at Windermere Real Estate and works from the Indian Wells Main office located at 74-850 Highway 111. “Susan is a long-term member of CDAR’s MLS committee and is passionate about ensuring that the Board is working to best serve its membership in the current marketplace,” shared Charlie White, Managing Broker for the Indian Wells office. “Susan is impressive in not only what she gives to her clients but what she gives to the industry as well.”
