Windermere Real Estate Southern California welcomes Jim Brande, Jim Church and Deb Pollock to their Palm Desert Portola office at 73-993 Highway 111.
“Based on our stellar agent support and undeniable prominence in the local real estate market, we continue to attract some of the top talent in the industry,” said Bob Deville, co-owner of Windermere Real Estate Southern California. “Each of theses agents represents a wealth of experience and industry knowledge, and their buyers and sellers will find their wisdom insightful and rewarding to their real estate goals.”
Jim Brande comes to Windermere Real Estate with 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. His pleasure in representing buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions is evident in the time and attention he spends on each transaction. Experienced in land sales and development as well as residential home resales from Temecula to Palm Desert, Jim offers a wide breadth of knowledge that greatly informs every client’s decision.
“Jim is a solid professional and long-time veteran of our industry,” said Sandi Richardson, Managing Broker for Windermere’s Portola office. “His clients will definitely benefit from his experience.”
Jim Church’s work in real estate spans 38 years and includes 15 years in the local Coachella Valley real estate market. Jim represents buyers and sellers and focuses on the Sun City Palm Desert community. “I love to see the clients’ eyes light up when they find the property they have been looking for,” shared Jim.
Jim’s sincerity and hard work has been noted by a number of his former clients and was one of the first things Managing Broker Sandi Richardson noticed when she met Jim. “He’s got a great personality and such a remarkable enthusiasm for the real estate industry,” she said. “His charm and energy combined with his variety of experience in real estate transactions is a winning recipe for client satisfaction.”
Deb Pollock’s expertise in the real estate market began with her family’s work in residential construction and development. Her years as a general contractor combined with her years as a wholesale mortgage account executive made the transition into real estate sales a natural progression. “One of my favorite aspects of real estate is developing long-lasting relationships with my clients,” said Deb. “I enjoy every aspect of the transaction from researching, showing and finding the right home for each client to guiding them through the negotiation process until they achieve the best possible results.”
“Deb’s in-depth experience in the construction, development and sale of residential property is enormous,” noted Sandi Richardson. “At the same time, her passion for her clients brings a spark of fun and joy to each transaction.”
Windermere Real Estate is pleased to welcome these three fine real estate agents to their family of professional Realtors®, Brokers and staff at the Palm Desert Portola office.
