Welcome Home, Randy Kuehnel
Randy Kuehnel, Broker Associate, joins the Rancho Mirage office of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 71691 Highway 111. Randy earned his real estate license in 2006 and has been visiting the Coachella Valley since 1985, giving him a breadth of local and industry knowledge he uses to serve clients throughout the desert, including the cities of Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta. He is a resident of South Palm Desert.
As an industry veteran, Randy is well-equipped with the skills and resources necessary to get the deal done for his clients, every time. “My goal is to help my clients while keeping them comfortable with the real estate process, regardless of their needs,” Randy says. “It is always cool and gratifying to find a new place for homebuyers, culminating in handing over the keys to their new home. I also enjoy helping sellers get top dollar for their home as quickly as possible and working on attracting the right pool of buyers who would be a good fit for the home.”
A people person, Randy is adept at connecting with others and adapting his style to match how they want to interact with him. “I enjoy meeting and interacting with new people. It is one of my favorite parts about real estate.” Additionally, Randy has an empathetic approach with clients, whether they are buying or selling a home. “I have moved a lot in my life, so I understand the anxiety that can come with finding a new house and making it a home. I want their experience to be as smooth as possible to ensure they can focus on getting comfortable with their personal affairs. I do all that I can to be a buffer between my client and the stress of buying or selling a home.”
A longtime athlete, Randy brings a sports mentality of perseverance to the business world. “I always have a plan and put it into action with the determination to execute it successfully. I never give up on a deal and will do what it takes to ensure it is completed to my client’s satisfaction. My clients appreciate my diligence and my ability to exhaust all of my resources for their benefit. This approach is part of who I am as a person, and it also defines my professional attitude and philosophy.”
Randy is passionate about our local resort communities and the lifestyle opportunities they present. His current passion is pickleball, a subject on which he is truly an expert of both the sport and the growing phenomenon within communities around the Coachella Valley. “I love pickleball, and I intimately know all of the various communities that have pickleball courts.” He also is a former amateur golfer and has spent many hours playing tennis and riding his bike around the Coachella Valley over the years. “As an active local resident, I love imparting my knowledge to my clients so they can also make the best decision about their lifestyle needs and finding the right home that surrounds them with the amenities they need to be happy.”
