Welcome Home, Molly Ward

Molly Ward, REALTOR®, joins the Paul Kaplan Group of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 1115 North Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs. Molly earned her real estate sales license in 2018 and specializes in serving buyers and sellers around Palm Springs. She has a Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Seattle University. Molly is a licensed attorney in the State of Washington.

Molly is perfectly suited for a career in real estate because of her exceptional background in law and psychology, as well as her love of assisting others. “I enjoy meeting new people and figuring out what motivates them so I can help accomplish their goals,” Molly says. “Having a formal education and experience in psychology allows me to offer my clients additional value because I am able to identify what they truly want out of their real estate experience by asking the right questions. It is rewarding to help others and to get to know them in the process, that is my favorite piece of my role in real estate. Sharing that experience together is special.” Molly’s understanding of people coupled with her experience with the law, including contracts and negotiations, gives her a unique skillset that benefits her clients.

As a successful professional dedicated to her craft while making a positive impact in her clients’ lives, Molly understands that the foundation of strong relationships begins with trust. “The key to success in any business is building meaningful relationships. Being trustworthy, honest, and acting with integrity above everything else is paramount to forming lasting connections with others. I want to be a resource for my clients, so knowing that we can trust each other is crucial. This philosophy and creed extends to how I treat my colleagues as well. Having a solid network of professional relationships allows me to better serve my clients by creating smooth transaction experiences and enhancing my industry knowledge through osmosis.” Molly also cites her passion for learning as another critical component to her professional success. “I am always looking to improve and don’t believe that we are ever done learning. Being curious is key.”

Molly and her husband Miles moved to the desert full-time in 2017 after visiting the region often from their previous home in Santa Barbara. “We fell in love with Palm Springs and decided to make the move after we started spending more time in the desert than on the coast. I relish the opportunity to showcase our incredible community to others and share my love for Palm Springs and our surrounding communities.” Molly’s passion for the community extends into giving back to select organizations as well. She loves animals, especially her French Bull Dog Maggie, and donates to the Palm Springs Animal Shelter. She also helps Well in the Desert as often as possible.
