Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes REALTOR® and LUXE Director Irene Pappas to the La Quinta Luxury Homes & Estates office, located at 47350 Washington Street, Suite 101. Irene employs her passion for delivering a strong brand of client service coupled with her extensive industry experience to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Irene has tallied over $350 million in career sales volume and works throughout the Coachella Valley, specializing in the communities of Griffin Ranch, where she lives full time, and The Tradition as well as other luxury homes and country club communities within the Greater Palm Springs area. In addition to earning her real estate license in California, Irene also holds a Managing Broker’s license in the state of Washington, where she began her real estate career, and is a graduate of The Seattle Art Institute where she studied fashion design.

Client service is hard-wired into Irene’s DNA. Prior to entering real estate in 1999, she worked for Nordstrom’s where she took to heart the high-end service ethos. The deep training she underwent and practiced daily took her natural compassion and desire to help other people to a whole new level, creating the foundation for her success in real estate. “My passion is to deliver a high-touch level of service to each of my clients,” Irene states. “I want to go above and beyond to ensure they are having an enjoyable experience that is fun and leaves them saying ‘wow’ after a successful close.”

Irene’s vast experience and background in real estate includes work in new construction sales, where she earned a sterling reputation as one of the top sales executives in the industry. This time includes the successful sell out of 150 units at Mosler Lofts, a LEED Silver Certified Mid-Rise Building located in Downtown Seattle featuring 49 different floor plans, within one year of marketing and selling with her team and as a Community Sales Manager. Irene assisted with the entire close out, all within a one-month period during 2007. Irene’s work at Mosler Lofts demonstrates her ability to deliver for her clients under tight deadlines and through creative problem-solving. “I do everything I can to ensure the deal gets done successfully each time. My goal is to make the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible for my clients. I accomplish this through hard work, dedication to my craft, and persistence.” By demonstrating value and strong loyalty to her clients, Irene continues to build a thriving business through repeat and referral clients. “My clients show their appreciation in many ways, from referrals to letters and even gifts, I know they recognize how much I exceed their expectations because they go above and beyond to show their appreciation to me, too.”

As a long-time, successful real estate agent, Irene has built a strong work ethic and fine-tuned routine that delivers results. “I have a regimented work discipline, and always put in my hours to keep building toward my business goals. Whether it’s networking, making phone calls, negotiating for a client, working on marketing, or anything else that goes into fostering a thriving business, I am always doing a task that reaps rewards, both for me and my clients.” Irene works incredibly hard to promote her clients’ listings and to find the perfect home for clients who are seeking a place to enjoy the relaxed Coachella Valley lifestyle. “Persistence is my key to success. It’s all about working hard on behalf of my clients and finding ways to make things happen for them.”

Consistent with her passion for helping clients professionally, Irene is dedicated to helping others on her personal time, too. She endeavors to get more involved on the board of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, working with Animal Samaritans, and helping out the 4th grade classes of Oasis Elementary School with the La Quinta office of Bennion Deville Homes. “Giving back to the community and those in need is important, especially if you are in a position to do so. I love animals because of their innocence and the joy they bring to us through unconditional love. I want to help those that need protection.” Additionally, Irene is passionate about helping patients struggling with dementia, a cause that is near and dear to her heart. “I have had personal experiences with dementia in my family and understand the toll it takes not only on the person with the disease but also on those around them who are trying to help. I want to do all I can to help find a cure and support the families going through it with their own loved ones.”
