David Cantwell Honored with REALTOR® Pinnacle Award
The Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS (PSRAR) bestowed the Pinnacle Award upon Bennion Deville Homes Managing Broker David Cantwell.

Bennion Deville Homes Palm Springs Main Managing Broker David Cantwell, GRI, was recently awarded the Pinnacle Award by the Palm Springs Regional Association of REALTORS® (P.S.R.A.R.) President, Lucio Bernal, at the organization’s annual installation of officer’s gala on December 6th. The Pinnacle Award is the highest honor given by an Association President for years of service, contribution, and dedication to the REALTOR® community.

Cantwell, a REALTOR® since 1980 and Palm Springs resident for over 30 years, has served on the P.S.R.A.R. Board of Directors since 1995, and has earned several distinctions along the way, including Past President 1996, State Director for the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) 1996-2009, REALTOR® of the year for 1998 and 2005, C.A.R. Regional Chair, and served on multiple committees of the association. David holds designations and certifications across the profession’s spectrum, including Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Green Homes Certification, and Senior Real Estate Specialist. He has been an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® since its valley inception in 2000 and was a member of the Leadership Coachella Valley class of 2004. David was also the first Managing Broker for Bennion Deville Homes when the brokerage made its Palm Springs debut in 2001.

Cantwell’s volunteerism has not just been to the REALTOR® community but also the Greater Palm Springs community at large. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Coachella Valley since 2010 and was an Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America Palm Springs Troop 199 from 2006 to 2014.

“Giving back to the real estate community and the Palm Springs community as a whole has been an important facet in my career and the most satisfying,” says David. “The announcement of this award on that evening was such a surprise.
