The recently released Swanepoel Mega 1000 list, compiled and published by T3 Sixty, places Bennion Deville Homes 89^th out of 1,000 brokerages in the United States based on sales volume for year ending 2017. The Swanepoel Mega 1000 is a complete list of industry rankings, taking into account data from the 86,000 total brokerages in the country. In addition to ranking favorably on the top 1,000 list, Bennion Deville Homes also ranked 26^th out of 127 brokerages affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the Worldä, an exclusive partnership Bennion Deville Homes enjoys in the Coachella Valley.

In addition to placing top 9% in the nation on the Swanepoel Mega 1000 list, REAL Trends, the nation’s leading resource for real estate data and analysis, recently released its “REAL Trends 500.” This is a ranking of the top 500 real estate brokerages across the United States by both sales volume and sides (number of transactions).
