Segal, a graduate of the University of Oregon, brings to Windermere more than 25 years of real estate experience, with five years here in the Coachella Valley.  Although his expertise extends to every facet of desert real estate, he specializes in high-end residential and commercial transactions.  Providing exceptional service to his clients is second nature. “I come from a family of commercial real estate investors,” he says. “I enjoy the challenge and variations of each transaction, as well as the investment opportunities.”  Segal has a low-key manner which appeals to his clients.
