Windermere Real Estate Southern California is pleased to announce the arrival of Carolyn Morris and John Winters to their Palm Desert Portola office located at 73993 Highway 111.  “We are always grateful when experienced agents of Carolyn and John’s stature choose to join us,” said Bob Deville, co-owner of Windermere Real Estate Southern California. “It is an indication of our success in striving to maintain the highest level of professionalism and offer agents the tools and support they need to thrive.”

Carolyn Morris’ career in real estate started off simply with her desire to make better-educated decisions regarding her own real estate interests as an investor. “I started taking classes so that I would be a better informed investor, but halfway through my first class I knew I was going to switch careers,” said Carolyn. Over seven years of experience in the fast-paced and challenging Bay area market, Carolyn represented both buyers and sellers in a variety of real estate purchases from first homes to high-end luxury properties. She has represented everything from single family homes to condos to tenants in common, 1031 exchange, trust and probate sales.

“Carolyn is a consummate professional,” said Sandi Richardson, Managing Broker for Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office. “Her clients are highly complimentary on her patience, market knowledge and creative marketing strategies.”

After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, John Winters moved from Las Vegas to the Coachella Valley in 1995 with over 25 years of hotel and casino industry experience. A licensed Realtor® in Palm Desert for the past 14 years, John is dedicated to his buyers’ and sellers’ satisfaction and knows how to guide his clients in any type of real estate transaction. An investor himself, John has experienced both sides of the real estate transaction personally and knows what it takes to get an optimal price for property whether buying or selling. Whether it’s a golf course estate, a second home, or condo, John always works diligently. His success is motivated by his drive to help others and his strong family values.

“John is an absolute professional who is dedicated to this industry and his clients,” said Sandi Richardson. “His enthusiasm and diligence on behalf of his clients sets them at ease.”

Carolyn and John will enjoy this dynamic office that sits only a block away from El Paseo with easy access to great cafes, restaurants and shopping for their clients. Like all Windermere Managing Brokers, Sandi is a non-competing Broker and is always available for her agents, offering weekly ongoing education classes on a variety of topics. “I am so excited to have both Carolyn and John join our office and to help them grow their success in real estate even more.”
