Bennion Deville Homes welcomes REALTOR® Paige Brown to the Palm Springs office, located at 201 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 120, in the heart of the Downtown Palm Springs village. A California native, Paige moved to the desert from the Bay Area in 2008 with her family. She serves clients throughout the Greater Palm Springs Area. In addition to her real estate sales license, Paige also holds a bachelor’s degree in business from San Francisco State University.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Paige enjoyed a successful career working for one of the most notable brands in the fashion industry. In this role she was responsible for garment production and sourcing, putting her in charge of seeking the best fit to produce an article of clothing. “My responsibilities began with identifying the best manufacturing facility all the way to the final product you see hanging on a rack in the store,” Paige says. “The work was fast-paced, detail-oriented, and required the ability to shift focus smoothly from one project to the next.” When she moved to the desert, she became involved in small businesses, including her husband’s law firm where she managed the back-office items, such as the finances, marketing, and operations. She also started her own clothing company selling newborn caps and clothing online.

Real estate gives Paige the opportunity to fulfill her passion for helping people while also focusing on the many areas that a real estate practice requires to be successful. “Before I became a REALTOR®, I always loved helping my friends hunt for that perfect place based on their desired lifestyle,” Paige says. “I enjoy helping others navigate the process while achieving their real estate goals, whether buying, selling, or investing. There is something so gratifying about the personal connections we create as real estate professionals. I missed that one-on-one engagement after my fashion career, so it’s really exciting to be working with people toward accomplishing their goals. The thrill of the hunt, and ensuring it is successful, is one of the most rewarding aspects of helping clients.”

As a seasoned professional, Paige understands how to deliver for her clients. The wealth of experience she possesses from a broad spectrum of roles and responsibilities is key to her clients’ success. She can apply her detail-oriented approach and well-rounded background in a variety of business principles and practices to streamline and smoothen the real estate process. “My clients know that when I work with them, I am all in – they have my total attention. I enjoy the challenge of finding the perfect solution for my clients’ needs. When my clients are excited, I know that I have been successful,” Paige adds.

Paige and her family were drawn to the Coachella Valley by the sunshine, perfect climate, and quieter pace of life. “We visited the desert from San Francisco and loved the warmth. The combination of home values, the sunshine, and ease of living here was an easy sell for us. When we lived in San Francisco, we would have to leave for the weekend to experience sunshine. Now I am so grateful to wake up to blue skies every day.” Paige is still well-connected in the Bay Area and looks forward to helping others realize the exceptional quality of life that awaits them in the Southern California desert.

Outside of her passion for helping clients with their real estate goals, Paige is very involved in the community, mostly at her children’s school. She is the Vice President of the Parent Association for Palm Valley Upper School where she has myriad responsibilities and duties. “I have always been involved, from being the room parent to my role on the Parent Association. It is so gratifying to get to know the other students and to experience the school through my childrens’ eyes. I want to set a good example for my kids while building strong relationships with other parents, students, faculty, and staff.” Paige and her family make the most of the desert lifestyle, venturing out on hikes and exploring nature. They also enjoy checking out the many estate sales and consignment shops and attending major events, such as Modernism Week, the Palm Springs International Film Festival, and the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament.
