Welcome Home Laurie Bricknell!

Bennion Deville Homes welcomes REALTOR® Laurie Bricknell to the Carlsbad office, located at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive, Suite 217. Laurie earned her real estate license in 2017 and works with clients throughout North County San Diego and the I-15 corridor, specializing in the communities of Carlsbad, Oceanside, Fallbrook, Valley Center, and Temecula. She is currently working with fellow Bennion Deville Homes Carlsbad REALTOR® Nathan Plount.

For most of her professional life, Laurie has been in sales and marketing. Over the course of her career, she has honed her craft as a compassionate, charismatic advocate for her clients. The foundation for her success in sales is her genuine interest in her clients’ wellbeing. “I have always loved helping people,” she says. “The challenge of helping others realize their dreams of homeownership is incredibly rewarding and fun.”

Laurie believes the key to success in business is listening. “You have to ask the right questions and be a good listener in order to meet client needs and understand their goals. I want all of my clients to feel like they are heard and know that their interests are at the forefront of what we are doing each day.”

Part of Laurie’s sales background came with a renowned furniture store where her duties included in-home consultations about placement, design, and color selections for given rooms. “I have always enjoyed going into people’s homes and helping them look their absolute best,” Laurie continues. Her vision for design within a space helps her get her clients’ homes in top shape for market, and also gives her the ability to showcase the possibilities a home offers her clients who are interested in purchasing a property. “Every house speaks to you, you just have to explore the possibilities of the ‘wow’ factor within each one. Being able to stage a home, or enhance the use of existing décor, gives it a personality and creates that emotional appeal we all connect with when we first walk through the door,” Laurie adds.

Going hand-in-hand with Laurie’s professional passion for helping others, she volunteers her time and resources to causes that are near and dear to her heart, including Michelle’s Place, a breast cancer support organization. “I enjoy my work with Michelle’s Place because I get to meet people from all walks of life and have a positive impact on their lives.”
