Windermere Real Estate Southern California’s La Quinta office, located at 47-250 Washington Street, recently celebrated The 4^th of July and raised money to go toward supporting Thermal’s Oasis School 4^th graders.

The office enjoyed a patriotic spread of hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, chicken wings, and fruit skewers, topped off with frosty Klondike bar ice cream treats. Participating agents and staff paid a dollar per hot dog to help support the Oasis School 4^th grade class. In total, the office raised over $100 to go toward providing the kids books, toys, and supplies, all of which will be distributed to the students over the course of the 2015-16 school year. After lunch, the team played 4^th of July themed trivia for prizes.

“We enjoy putting on this event every year,” says Sandy Beakey, Managing Broker. “The office has a great time eating all-American food and donating to a worthy cause. Our relationship with the school is special because we get to bond with the kids, but our fundraisers also allow us to bond strongly as a team and office family.”
