Realtor^® JulieRae MacLeod of Bob Bennion and Bob Deville’s Windermere Real Estate SoCal Encinitas office, located at 258 North El Camino Real, Suite C, recently celebrated the Fourth of July by providing free snowcones to the Emerald Heights neighborhood party in Escondido.

The Emerald Heights Fourth of July party was the ultimate celebration of our nation’s independence and had something fun for everyone, including a parade, high school marching band, petting zoo, catered BBQ, and live music. “I wanted to do something fun for the neighborhood that would help cool us down on a hot Fourth of July afternoon,” says JulieRae, whose frozen snowcones provided a much-needed treat to keep the 450 attendees cool.

“The neighborhood party symbolizes the true spirit of community and what makes our country great. People from different backgrounds and experiences coming together to celebrate the freedoms we enjoy is a special moment in everyone’s year, and I know many wonderful memories were made. As a real estate professional, I enjoy contributing to the ‘American Dream’ and enhancing the lifestyles of my fellow community members. If I can help brighten someone else’s day with a frosty snowcone in the process, it makes my job that much more fun,” JulieRae concludes.
