Jeanne Bemis, REALTOR®, joins the Rancho Mirage office of Bennion Deville Homes, located at 71691 Highway 111. Jeanne earned her real estate license in 2005 and is licensed in both California and Washington State, where she started her real estate career. In addition to being a top-class REALTOR®, Jeanne is a highly regarded and award-winning interior designer, and has built a successful staging and interior design business. She proudly serves clients throughout the Coachella Valley, including Silver Sands Racquet Club where she lives, and in esteemed clubs from Rancho Mirage to La Quinta, including Mission Hills Country Club, Indian Ridge Country Club, The Hideaway, and Madison Club.

As a highly decorated designer and an experienced licensed real estate salesperson, Jeanne can help clients in ways that go beyond the call of a typical real estate professional. “I worked with builders, developers, and investors on the design of their projects in Seattle, which is how I became interested in becoming a REALTOR®,” Jeanne states. “There was an opportunity to serve my clients to an even greater degree, and I saw how I could expand my offerings to their benefit. Earning my real estate license was a natural progression to my career and evolution into the professional I aspire to be, and I enjoy helping my clients with a broader breadth of services. Since many homes require redesigning to accommodate the new buyer’s living spaces and current trends, I offer design to sell advice to prepare the home to sell in the future and make the property as appealing to prospective buyers as possible. This allows my clients to earn top dollar for their properties as they will strike an emotional chord with buyers.”

As a tenured real estate professional with a creative mind and keen design eye, Jeanne is able to help a broad spectrum of clients with specific needs by leveraging her expertise as both a designer and a REALTOR®. “I am a very visual person and can show my clients what’s possible, regardless of their needs. When she isn’t helping clients buy or sell homes or investment properties, Jeanne can be found enjoying the best of the desert lifestyle and using her background to the benefit of her community. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and as a resident of Silver Sands Racquet Club, Jeanne is a member of the architectural and landscape committees. She also enjoys spending her time playing tennis, pickleball, and exploring the great outdoors. “Being involved in the community is a great way to meet people and get to know my neighbors and expand my social network. I also enjoy the various events and mixers through ASID and networking with my fellow designers.”
