Both Fred and Suzee have built successful enterprises and shaped exceptional careers in and around real estate, both individually and together. Fred has experience as a national sales director, consultant, real estate investor, broker, and entrepreneur. As a second-generation REALTOR®, Suzee has experience building her own businesses and turning her professional growth into a role as an award-winning Regional Sales Director for residential real estate development (in-home selling division) for a Fortune 40 home improvement company, among other leadership positions within the real estate industry. Fred and Suzee’s impressive professional backgrounds, exuberance for assisting others, and contagious positivity creates the ultimate team and a pleasant experience for their clients. “Our key to success is being committed to a thorough approach. We ask a lot of questions and create clear expectations so there are no surprises before, during, or after the close of a sale. You must set expectations and engage with your clients throughout the journey. That consistent and clear communication is critical,” Fred adds.

The desert was an appealing escape for the Oberfelders, who built a successful business in the mountain resort town of Truckee prior to moving to the desert year-round. They bought a home in the Coachella Valley in 2018 and moved here full time a year later. Hailing from Newport Beach, Suzee was excited to return to her Southern California roots. “I wanted to move back to Southern California eventually. Although he is a Bay Area guy, Fred enjoys the lifestyle here and the variety of places you can visit – from our desert to the beaches and mountains,” Suzee continues.
Outside of their passion for real estate, Fred and Suzee are dedicated to making the local community a better place for all. Current and past philanthropic involvement includes Elks Club, Rotary Club, and The Living Desert, among others. In addition, Suzee is Co-Founder of Women Inspiring Living Leadership (WILL) and has mentored many people over her career. “Giving back is part of being your best self. It presents an opportunity to connect with others and shape the direction of our local communities. Having a hand in what’s happening in the local community also ties back to what we are doing in real estate. Staying connected demonstrates to our network and the community at large that we are real, authentic, and transparent, and genuinely care about our area,” Suzee adds. In addition to giving back to the community, Fred and Suzee enjoy dancing, hiking, tennis, pickleball, swimming, and exploring the best that the desert lifestyle has to offer with their golden retriever Ryder.
