Grab your giant hat and hit the track for opening day at Del Mar on July 19^th with a 2 pm post time. The hat competition takes place from 11:30 am until 3 pm in Plaza de Mexico, with 5 categories available for entry. Over $5,000 in prize money will given away to the winners of the contest, so don’t hold back!

Horse racing season runs July 19^th through September 4^th, offering weeks of exciting trackside action in one of the most beloved racing venues in the sport. To sweeten the deal, live concerts take place after races have concluded on select dates, with performances planned from Tribal Seeds, The Violent Femmes, Billy Currington, The Eagles of Death Metal, and more.
