This is the largest convention of its kind in the United States, and as such, it draws a hoard of die-hard fans across all genres and mediums. Comic-Con is also the major announcement hub for popular movie, television, video game, and comic series, adding an electric buzz to the convention. Most famous, however, are the epic panels of figures within the entertainment world, including actors, writers, directors, producers, and more.

Although badges for the event sold out months ago, you can still hit your favorite Downtown San Diego spots to catch convention-goers don their best cosplay costumes and take part in the cavalcade of fun.
