Bright Eggs, Brighter Spirits at Coachella Valley Easter Egg Hunts

Coachella Valley Easter Egg Hunts take over the desert on Saturday, April 20^th with big “hoppenings” all morning and into the afternoon. Below are some of our favorite Coachella Valley Easter Egg Hunts for kids, and kids at heart:

La Quinta

Bennion Deville Homes is a sponsor of the City of La Quinta’s Easter Egg-stravaganza. Taking place from 9am-11am at La Quinta Park (across from La Quinta High School), there is a basketful of fun to be had. Planned events include egg hunts for multiple age groups, a chalk-drawing contest, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and more. More information can be found here.

Indio

Hop over to the Indio Community Center (45-871 Clinton Street) from 11am – 2pm and enjoy all of the Easter fun. Events and activities include egg hunts, face painting, potato sack races, hula hoop contests, and other merry attractions. Check out the Facebook event for more details.

Palm Desert

The Living Desert in Palm Desert will be hosting an Easter Eggs-travaganza from 9am – noon. There will be stuff for everyone to enjoy, including games and activities, keeper chats, a photo-op with the Easter Bunny, and an egg hunt. To ramp up the competitive spirit of the day, there will be rematch of the Tortoise and Hare race, when the Living Desert’s Easter Bunny faces off against the zoo’s tortoise mascot.
