This recognition brings a special prestige to its recipients, agents who are selected from surveys completed by nearly 22,000 San Diego area respondents recently purchasing homes, as well as 9,000 subscribers of San Diego Magazine; an additional 250 surveys go to mortgage and title companies, often well-positioned to judge a real estate agent’s technical skills and knowledge.
