Bennion Deville Homes is proud to welcome Realtor® Trisha Sanchez to the Laguna Niguel office, located at 27941 La Paz Road, Suite A. Trisha, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, earned her license in 2004 and works with clients who want to buy or sell a home, find the perfect investment property, or relocate. She specializes in Orange County real estate, especially the communities of Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa.
Trisha decided to join the real estate industry after she and her husband purchased their first house. “I always had an interest, but going through that process inspired me to pursue real estate as a career,” Trisha says. Coupling her experience as a medical sales rep with her passion for homes has allowed Trisha to apply her talents to help people improve their lifestyles, and lives as a result. “I find the hunt very exciting and love helping people achieve their real estate goals.”
In addition to helping clients purchase or sell a home, Trisha is well versed in the art of real estate investment, working with a variety of clients to pinpoint their investment objectives and finding the right property that works for them. “I enjoy the challenge of finding the right fit and figuring out how to make the numbers work out favorably. Of course I take into account whether my client is looking at this investment with a short-term scope, or if they are investing for the long haul. Each client has unique needs and a distinct set of criteria, which makes my job that much more fun. No two clients are alike,” adds Trisha.
Clients appreciate Trisha’s approach to building relationships, her high ethical standards, and her genuine interest in their wellbeing. “Following up and being consistent is the most important part of my job. You have to do what you say you are going to do and stay in touch throughout the duration of the process. My clients are always informed and I always follow through on my promises to them because I want to be their resource and champion beyond our initial experience together. My goal is to create relationships that last a lifetime, and the foundation of that is trust,” she continues.
Trisha joined Bennion Deville Homes because of the Laguna Niguel’s prime location and the strength of the support system the brokerage offers. “Once I met with Sandi [Richardson, Managing Broker] I knew that she was going to support me in the ways that I need to be successful. I like having access to a Managing Broker who can guide me through any potential hurdles. I wanted to be a part of a real estate office community, and I found that with Bennion Deville Homes,” Trisha concludes.
Adds Sandi, “Trisha’s well-rounded experience in the real estate industry makes her a valuable addition to our team. She meets all of the criteria for what a Bennion Deville Homes agent should be: ethical, professional, knowledgeable, and relationship-oriented. I am excited to welcome Trisha to our Laguna Niguel office family and look forward to working with her.”
