Recently, Bennion Deville Homes celebrated its first year as a brand by holding a birthday party for its agents and staff. Founders Bob Bennion and Bob Deville gave a keynote presentation sharing the positive growth the brokerage experienced over the last 12 months. Following presentations on technology and marketing updates by key staff members, professional motivational magician Lou Serrano performed for the massive crowd, entertaining with comedy, a thought-provoking speech, and of course magic tricks. After the magic show, which involved several members of the audience, a Bennion Deville Homes birthday video debuted, highlighting Bennion Deville Homes agents’ experiences over the course of the last year. To cap off the event, massive cake-sized cupcakes were served, adorned in Bennion Deville Homes blue.
