“We are proud of our offices for organizing wildly successful donation campaigns, whether it be canned goods or toys,” says Bob Deville, Co-Founder of Bennion Deville Homes. “Our agents, staff, and clients did an outstanding job giving to those in need this holiday season. We would like to thank everyone who donated and to our community partners for helping us make this an exceptional year for food and toy donations. This time of year offers a reminder to pause and reflect on what’s truly important. Giving to others and holding out a helping hand is always in season, even beyond the holidays.”

Indio Office Toys For Tots Drive

The Bennion Deville Homes Indio office, located at 81-703 Highway 111, held their annual Toys For Tots drive. Bennion Deville Homes agents placed their collection bins throughout Indio, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert to help champion the cause. In all, the office donated 30 full boxes worth of brand new, unwrapped toys to the Marines at 29 Palms. The toys stay in the Riverside County area, with most of the toys going to local families in the Coachella Valley.

“The toy drive has become an annual tradition at our office and something that agents, staff, and clients look forward to participating in each year,” says Managing Broker George Baca. “I am proud of our agents for stepping up and doing everything they can do make sure local kids have a new toy to open under their tree. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to our toy drive and to the Marines at 29 Palms for being the conduit to lighting up children’s faces each Christmas morning.”

Food and Toy Drives Benefitting Coachella Valley Rescue Mission

Bennion Deville Homes offices throughout the Coachella Valley also banded together to collect non-perishable, canned goods and new, unwrapped toys for the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission, a local organization that plays a pivotal role in helping the less fortunate in our community. In all, each Bennion Deville Homes office contributed at least 3 full donation bins of food to the cause and collected over a dozen boxes of toys.
