The three Palm Springs offices of Bennion Deville Homes: Palm Springs Main, located at 850 North Palm Canyon Drive; Palm Springs Midtown, located at 1255 East Ramon Road; and Palm Springs South, located at 2465 East Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 605, combined to set their highest sales mark of the year, just shy of $33.3 million, for the week running August 11^th through 17^th. This new benchmark surpasses the previous record of $31.3 million, which was set the week of May 12^th.

To commemorate the new record for the year, and in the spirit of the Olympic games in Rio, Bennion Deville Homes General Manager Chris Anderson presented each Palm Springs Managing Broker with a “Gold Medal” at a recent office meeting. “Who says things slow down in the summer?” Chris asks. “Setting a new sales standard in August is a strong sign that the Coachella Valley generates real estate interest year round.
