Bennion Deville Homes recently held an online tools and technology course for its agents at the California Desert Association of Realtors® (CDAR) offices in Palm Desert. Managing Broker Charlie White taught Bennion Deville Homes agents about the benefits of using Cloud CMA and TrendGraphix, online information reporting tools real estate professionals use to breakdown data and provide critical information to their clients so they can make an informed decision.

“We had a positive response from everyone who attended the course,” says Charlie. “The audience had varying levels of experience with these programs; some agents use the tools but needed a refresher course, and others had never used them prior to taking the course and literally started using them the same day. It is encouraging to pass along this type of information and get instant feedback that the agents are integrating these tools into their business.”
