Bennion Deville Homes, the desert real estate leader, is heavily represented on the recently released Top REALTORS® list as compiled by Palm Springs Life. Out of the 173 individual agents and real estate teams named, Bennion Deville Homes agents and teams comprise 28 of the spots, over 16% of the list. The Top REALTORS® list was assembled by Palm Springs Life in conjunction with the two local real estate boards, Greater Palm Springs REALTORS® (GPSR®) and California Desert Association of REALTORS® (CDAR®), using MLS and broker-provided data to determine the production of qualifying agents. The minimum sales volume threshold to qualify for the list was $20 million during the 2021 calendar year.

This year’s list was presented with multiple production categories, including Platinum Circle ($200+ million), Gold Circle ($100+ million), Top Teams and Top Individual Agents ($20+ Million), and Top Country Clubs. Bennion Deville Homes had more representation in the Gold Circle category than any other company, occupying nearly 31% of the spots.
