Agents and teams from Bennion Deville Homes comprise 19% of this year’s list, more than any other brokerage for the fifth straight year. The Top REALTORS® list was assembled by Palm Springs Life in conjunction with the two local real estate boards, Greater Palm Springs REALTORS® (GPSR®) and California Desert Association of REALTORS® (CDAR®), using MLS and broker-provided data to determine the production of qualifying agents. The minimum sales volume threshold to qualify for the list was $15 million for individual agents and $20 million for teams during the 2022 calendar year.

This year’s Top REALTORS® list was once again segmented into multiple categories, including $100 Million Circle, Top Teams (4+ agents per team), Top Small Teams (teams of 2-3 agents), Top Individual Agents, and Top Country Club Onsite Teams. A new category for top agents with a high total of unit sales was also added to this year’s list. Bennion Deville Homes agents and teams occupy 34 of the spots on the overall list, or 19%, including more representation in the $100 Million Circle category than any other company, occupying 3 of the 7 spots, as well as an impressive 16% of the individual agents category, also the highest total of the category.
