Bennion Deville Commercial is proud to welcome Commercial Real Estate Expert Bruce Singer to the Palm Desert Portola office, located at 73-993 Highway 111. Bruce, who graduated cum laude from USC, earned his real estate license in 1972 and loves applying his creative thinking skills and entrepreneurial spirit to help clients find the perfect user or investment property, including commercial buildings, land, leases, and 1031 exchanges (both forward and reverse).
Growing up, Bruce’s family owned a Development Company in Orange County. This early glimpse into the real estate business and “large dollars” was enough to make it a lifelong passion and the perfect path for Singer’s career. “I have an affinity for the business, and have always been drawn to it because of the ‘numbers’ and the ability to apply my creative problem-solving to help others,” Bruce states. Over the course of his decades in the real estate industry, Bruce has been a part of over $100 million in transactions, giving him the experience, insight, and prowess to help clients achieve their goals quickly and with the greatest cost savings.
Bruce is incredibly successful in commercial real estate because of his steadfast commitment to ethics, including an honest and candid demeanor that endears him to his clients. “The key to providing optimal client service is to make sure my client understands that I’m always available to them and being 100% honest with them. In the event that I do not know the answer to a question, I make sure to find out the correct answer. Clients appreciate my honesty and willingness to research and come back with the right solution. I am in this business for the ‘win-win’ deal and to help others realize their goals.” Clients also appreciate Bruce’s deep industry background and sharp wit, which creates an enjoyable and money-saving process from start to finish.
In addition to his love of real estate, Bruce is fiercely devoted to giving back to the community and the industry. He donates his time and services as a musician and entertainer to Gilda’s Club Desert Cities, a cancer support organization. Bruce is also a member of the Desert Area Commercial Investment Exchange (DACIE) where he participates in a variety of meetings and events to foster the commercial real estate business and professional relationships.
Seeking to join a firm that aligns with his business philosophies and because of his connection and association with Broker Associate Bert Garland of Bennion Deville Commercial, Bruce decided to make the switch. “I have known Bert through DACIE for a long time, and we have worked together. He had positive things to say about Bennion Deville Commercial and the overall culture. After meeting with Bob Deville and the staff, I knew this was the best place for me,” Bruce concludes.
Says Managing Broker Randy Wiemer, “Bruce’s experience in the industry, and in other ventures outside of it, make him an exceptional resource for clients seeking to complete a commercial real estate deal. His enthusiasm for his work and creating a positive client experience make him the ideal Bennion Deville Commercial agent and a welcome addition to our team.”
