Space-Themed Blockbusters Take Off at The 2^nd Annual Rancho Mirage Cinema Under the Stars

The 2^nd Annual Rancho Mirage Cinema Under the Stars returns this spring, screening space-themed flicks in the stunning Rancho Mirage Amphitheater. Put on by The City of Rancho Mirage and Desert Recreation District, this fun, free event offers the opportunity to sit under the stars with your lawn chair and blanket and enjoy a good movie, with popcorn also provided! This season’s series kicks off with the critically acclaimed hit Apollo 13 on April 13^th and takes place each Saturday through May 11^th. Other major motion pictures being screened include Close Encounters of the Third Kind (4/20), E.T. (4/27), Space Cowboys (5/4), and Star Wars: The Force Awakens (5/11).
