Celebrate the Season at The 2018 Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade

The 2018 Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade takes over Palm Canyon Drive on Saturday, December 1^st starting at 5:45pm. This annual tradition celebrates its 26^th year, and is expected to attract over 100,000 people to Downtown Palm Springs to take in this bright celebration.

Known for brilliant floats with twinkling, multi-colored lights, marching bands, dancers, and large balloons, the Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade is pulling out all the stops in honor of its Silver Anniversary. For the first time in its history, the parade will be broadcast in its entirety on NBC Palm Springs.

This year’s Celebrity Grand Marshal is actress and singer Lorna Luft, who is the daughter of Judy Garland and half sister of Liza Minnelli. Joining Lorna Luft will be Community Grand Marshals Architect Hugh Kaptur and local NBC Palm Springs news anchor Gino Lamont.
