Mercedes Godfrey combines the tools and insight gained as an accomplished business owner for over 20 years with her comprehensive understanding of today’s Coachella Valley real estate market. Denise Strand was drawn to Windermere’s image and reputation, and the professionalism of the company’s agents.  Among her many attributes, her clients appreciate her openness and honesty.  Joe Zingg brings his Bachelor’s degree in management as well as the skills and experience of an impressive 30-year career with the Palm Springs Police Department.  Joe counts architecture and community planning among his many interests.  Joining Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office at 73993 Highway 111 is Norman Mittelmann. Norman brings more than 15 years of Southern California real estate acumen to Windermere, including extensive experience in San Diego County’s Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe markets. Meg’s impressive background encompasses a colorful career in the entertainment industry, including work with industry giants Paramount, Warner Brothers, Fox, Universal and Sony.
