This week, Windermere is pleased to announce the return of two of their family members, Ron Carlson to the Palm Springs South office (2465 E Palm Canyon Drive, 
Suite 605) and Debbie Sanders to the Palm Desert Portola office (73993 Highway 111).

Licensed since 2004, Ron Carlson worked for Windermere Real Estate for eight years as a member of the administrative staff. In making the transition to agent, Ron knew he would be hanging his license with Windermere. “I wanted to be associated with the best brokerage and, in my experience, that was always going to be here,” Ron reported. “The commitment to a philosophy of honesty, integrity and professionalism is important to me as an agent and aligns perfectly with the way real estate is practiced at Windermere.”

Ron’s previous administrative position at Windermere gives him unique insight and knowledge to the vast array of resources available for every agent. In combination with his 25+ years of customer service experience, Ron is prepared to offer his clients the best he and Windermere have to offer. “I expect great things out of Ron,” noted Chris Anderson, Branch Manager for the Windermere Palm Springs South office. “He has hit the ground running and in the first week in the office was already fielding multiple leads and listings. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him as one of our top producers in the office this year.”

Debbie Sanders rejoins Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office where she will again be working with Sandi Richardson, Managing Broker. “We are excited to have Debbie back with us,” said Sandi. “Debbie’s exceptional service to her clients and her drive to always put their goals and desires first really make her a stand-out agent. We look forward to providing her the support she needs to make her clients’ dreams a reality.”

Debbie is a real estate professional with over 26 years in the industry and has sold homes in almost every city in the Coachella Valley from Palm Springs to Indio. Debbie’s extensive knowledge of the market and neighborhoods are a great advantage to her clients.  She loves enjoying the great local arts scene whether that be attending performances at the McCallum or catching an improvisational jazz set at one of her favorite cafés. Debbie is also a 6-year participating member of the Success Professionals, the Palm Desert chapter of Business Network International, where she connects with other local businesses.
