On Friday, September 25^th, one day after Bob Bennion and Bob Deville, Owners of Windermere Real Estate SoCal, announced their brokerage would be leaving the Windermere Franchise network effective October 1, 2015 and changing to Bennion Deville Homes, agents throughout San Diego and Orange County were treated to a celebratory party in each office to commemorate the brokerage’s break for independence. Each coastal office hosted a pizza party for agents to get an up-close and personal look at the new brand and future of the progressive brokerage’s move.
