Windermere continues to attract some of the finest Realtors to its Coachella Valley offices, and proudly announces the following new agents:

Pat Smith, Associate Broker, Windermere Palm Desert at 41-990 Cook Street, came to the desert from Chicago over 20 years ago. After an exceptional 31-year career as an American Airlines international flight attendant, she found the transition to real estate an easy one, continuing to provide First Class service to her Windermere clients. Smith, her husband and their two standard poodles enjoy the desert’s country club lifestyle. She has won many awards while listing and selling properties at Mission Hills Country Club.

Eric Greiner has joined Windermere’s Palm Springs South office at 2465 E. Palm Canyon. Greiner also hails from Chicago, where he specialized in urban redevelopment, working with the Department of Planning for the City of Chicago. Greiner loves sharing the excitement with his clients of finding the perfect home. He enjoys vintage cars and classic architecture. “My clients appreciate my patience, my attention to detail, and my ability to listen to their needs.” Greiner and his partner share their home with their two miniature schnauzers.

Joe Mecklenburg, with the Windermere Palm Desert office at 41-990 Cook Street, brings over 30 years of customer experience to his Windermere clients. Mecklenburg believes that with the variety of options available here in the Coachella Valley, choosing the best location and club can be challenging.
