Enjoy a Day on the Fields at Sunday Polo at Empire Polo Club

Sunday Polo at Empire Polo Club in Indio is a popular seasonal spectacle, opening up the fast-paced sport of polo to the masses. Through the Winter Season, December 30^th through March 31^st, the club hosts polo matches for free every Sunday (parking is $20 for the day). Additionally, each Friday there are free matches under the bright lights (parking is also free).

In addition to spectating matches, the Empire Polo Grounds offers a polo school with lessons and an introduction to the sport. The grounds also include Tack Room Tavern Restaurant, which is open in-season for lunch and dinner, Polo Pizza Co., and The Date Shed, a hip music venue that hosts concerts throughout the desert’s winter season.
