Yvonne earned her real estate license in 2006 and joins Robert & Tracy Real Estate Group, spearheaded by Robert Downing and Tracy Boomer. Yvonne and her husband visited the Coachella Valley for years before becoming full-time residents, so she has come to intimately know the local area from the viewpoints of both a visitor and resident. She works with clients throughout the Coachella Valley, specializing in Rancho Mirage where she lives.
Prior to joining Robert & Tracy’s team, Yvonne had a fruitful career in sales and marketing with a national homebuilder. Joining Robert & Tracy Real Estate Group gives her the chance to utilize her service skills and the opportunity to pursue her passions of fulfilling the vision of a client’s ideal home. “I love interacting with people and helping them find the right home for their lifestyle needs,” she states. “I love the process and outcome of fulfilling that dream. Yvonne, her husband, and their dog, a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix, live in the unique lake community Santo Tomas and are sports club members at Mission Hills Country Club where they enjoy living the laidback lifestyle that community offers. “I love Yoga, Pilates, tennis and exploring the incredible hiking trails and the natural beauty of the desert.” All of these interests give Yvonne a deeper understanding of the many fun activities throughout the Coachella Valley and allow her to connect with people on a deeper level.
