Windermere’s unparalleled agent support, non-competing Managing Brokers and 16 convenient office locations throughout the Valley are just a few of the reasons agents continue to flock to Windermere Real Estate Southern California. Windermere is proud to welcome Kathryn Alvarez, Cheryl Gonzales and Honey Guleria to their growing family of real estate professionals in the Coachella Valley.
A new year means new beginnings for Kathyrn Alvarez and Cheryl Gonzales who are welcomed to Windermere’s Rancho Mirage office located at 71691 Highway 111. “I am excited to see Kathryn and Cheryl join our family here,” said Don Rossignol, Managing Broker at Windermere’s Rancho Mirage office. “Both Kathryn and Cheryl have the ability and skills to make a successful Realtor® and I look forward to the chance of working with them to grow their business.”
Kathryn Alvarez joins Windermere after a successful 25-year career in the banking and financial investment industries. After working in bank management for over a decade, Kathryn served as a Financial Advisor with highly recognized companies such as AG Edwards and UBS Financial. Kathryn’s worked on all levels of investment ranging from college planning to real estate to retirement planning. A full-time resident of the Coachella Valley since 1980, Kathryn has witnessed the constant change and growth of the area, an advantage to her buyers and sellers who need a local eye familiar with the market and investment trends.
Cheryl Gonzales comes to Windermere Southern California to start off her real estate career. A newly licensed agent, Cheryl has already spent a significant time in the office learning all of the tools and agent support that Windermere offers their agents and how to take advantage of those tools to her clients’ best advantage. “I came to Windermere based on the excellent reviews the company receives from their clients,” shared Cheryl. “I wanted to be associated with the best in the business from the start.”
At Windermere’s Indian Wells Main office at 74-850 Highway 111, Managing Broker Charlie White welcomes Honey Guleria. Honey has always had her eye on the business world, graduating with her BA in Business Administration and Accounting from Cal State Fullerton. She has also worked as an auditor and tax preparer, but you might recognize Honey from her appearances on KMIR’s “One Minute Meal,” where she features her own recipes as well as the signature dishes of local restaurants.
Having bought and sold real estate for the past 10 years as a private investor, Honey has paid attention to what worked and what didn’t as a client. “More than any other new Realtor® I have hired in years, Honey has developed a very particular eye for what a client is looking for in a real estate agent. She has incorporated a number of techniques that she found most effective as the client,” said Charlie.
