Windermere Real Estate Southern California is pleased this week to feature agents who have recently joined their growing family of real estate professionals. As the local real estate market leader, Windermere continues to attract both new licensed and seasoned Realtors® who seek to grow their business utilizing the unparalleled marketing presence, national and global network, and unique agent tools that only Windermere offers.
Chris Jamieson – Windermere La Quinta
Chris Jamieson joined Windermere’s La Quinta office located at 47-250 Washington Street. Born and raised in New Jersey, Chris and his family moved to the Coachella Valley in 1997 where he continued to pursue his 15-year career in sales and marketing. In 2000, Chris branched out and began working in the finance and lending industry throughout Southern California, working with well-respected financial institutions in origination and sales of conventional and government mortgages as well as home equity loans.
Chris’ work in lending and his personal real estate investments continued to prosper, which led him to make the move into real estate sales. For five years, Chris and his wife Michelle Jamieson, an interior designer whose work can be seen in some of the most exclusive communities in the valley, worked in tandem to build up their own real estate investments. Chris’ extensive background in lending and intimate knowledge of the local real estate market are great assets to his clients who are buying and selling in the Coachella Valley. He focuses on the communities surrounding Indian Wells and La Quinta.
Celia Milner – Windermere Palm Springs South
Celia Milner joined Windermere’s Palm Springs South office located at 2465 E Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 605. Celia’s love affair with the Coachella Valley began in the late ‘80s when she would escape from the coastal fog of her Northwestern LA County home for sunshine and warmth. “I never wanted to go back,” shared Celia, whose diverse educational and work background includes broadcast/film studies at Southern Methodist University, sailing and sloop construction in the Caribbean and Neuromuscular Therapy, in which she owned and operated a successful practice in Hawaii for over two decades.
Celia has been a personal real estate investor for 28 years as well as an experienced vacation and rental property manager in Malibu, then later in Palm Springs where she moved permanently in 1995. Celia’s love of the Coachella Valley and her personal success in real estate investment motivates her to share the desert lifestyle with others. Celia focuses on Palm Springs’ neighborhoods and communities, particularly Mesquite Country Club and the Ruth Hardy Park area.
