is pleased to welcome three agents who have joined three of its strategically located offices throughout the Coachella Valley. As the desert’s residential and luxury real estate leader, Windermere continues to attract top quality talent and seasoned real estate agents with its incredible agent support, exceptional client service reputation, and leading local market share.

“We would not be the leading real estate company in the Coachella Valley without the outstanding work of our agents. We welcome Duke, Jennifer, and Kim to our Windermere offices and look forward to supporting them as they continue to provide exceptional, professional service to their buyers and sellers,” said Bob Deville, co-owner of Windermere Real Estate Southern California. “A real estate company is only as good as its staff and agents – and we have the BEST.”

Duke Kulas at Windermere Palm Springs South

Duke Kulas joins Windermere’s Palm Springs South office located in the Smoke Tree Commons at 2465 E. Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 605. A native SoCal resident, Duke holds his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Finance from California State University San Bernardino. Duke was the VP of Sales at Light Source, a commercial lighting company, prior to beginning his work in real estate. An outdoors and sports enthusiast, Duke plays on a local softball team and can be found on the fairways of the Mission Hills Country Club, where he is a member.

An active member of his community, Duke also supports local charities, playing in charity golf tournaments and is a Presidents’ Circle member at the Palm Springs Art museum. His knowledge of the sporting lifestyle amenities offered at the local country clubs and his connection with the local arts community are an asset to homebuyers looking to fully experience all of the resources the valley offers.

Jennifer Moreno at Windermere Indian Wells Main

Jennifer Moreno joins the growing family of real estate professionals at Windermere’s Indian Wells Main office located at 74-850 Highway 111. First licensed for real estate in 2000, Jennifer worked as a Transaction Coordinator and Agent Assistant for a number of years before stepping out into the role of agent herself. Her work in real estate support gave Jennifer a tremendous background in client relations, document preparation, and incredible negotiation skills.

Besides working in traditional home sales and representing both buyers and sellers, Jennifer is also an experienced negotiator in short sales. Focusing primarily on the East Valley communities of Bermuda Dunes, La Quinta, and Indio, Jennifer works diligently to see that her buyers’ transactions are successful and efficient and that her sellers receive optimal value for their homes. Known for her honesty and hard work, Jennifer continues to earn rave reviews from her clients regarding her professional service and diligence.

Kim Wheeler at Windermere Palm Desert Portola

Kim Wheeler joins Windermere’s Palm Desert Portola office located at 73-993 Highway 111, just steps away from the shops and restaurants of El Paseo. Kim’s career in real estate began in 2005 in Arizona, working with new construction, development, and sales. Her initial real estate sales focused on condominiums, town homes and multi-unit complexes. As the market changed, Kim began working in short sales and foreclosures.

In 2010, Kim moved to California and returned to traditional homes sales in the communities of Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells, though her extensive history of condominium sales and her clients’ interest in mid-century properties frequently finds her house-hunting with clients in the neighborhoods of Palm Springs.  Outside of her real estate work, Kim is passionate about her work as a Board Member and Secretary of K-9 Friendly Visitors, an organization dedicated to providing beneficial services to the deaf, hard of hearing, disabled and special needs students through canine interaction and training.
