Windermere Real Estate SoCal is pleased to announce the newest member of their senior management team. Bopi Villarino-Moises joins Windermere as the Branch Manager for their North San Diego County offices in Carlsbad, Carmel Valley and Solana Beach.

“Bopi fits perfectly in our stellar team of 14 Managing Brokers and Branch Managers, who represent a combined 250+ years of in-the-trenches experience.  She brings an incredible energy, deep understanding of the SoCal market, and a commitment to guide and promote our agents’ success in providing ethical services of superior quality,” said Bob Deville, co-owner of Windermere Real Estate SoCal.

Born and raised in Carlsbad, Bopi Villarino Moises graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a BA in Liberal Studies and Education. She began her career in real estate in the early 1990’s when she and her partner opened R&B Real Estate Group and National Pacific Mortgage based in San Diego, California. Along with owning and operating the business, Bopi also had a large clientele of her own for buying and selling real estate. After years in the business, her referral business became her mainstay, while she began training real estate agents to practice professional, ethical real estate.

After growing her company to 85 agents, Bopi merged her company with a national brokerage franchise in La Mesa, California. Bopi continued to work as CEO/Team Leader of various locations including the Rocky Mountains, La Jolla and Studio City. Her last office consisted of 300 real estate agents she was responsible for training and supervising.

In 2004, Bopi was written up in San Diego Magazine about the creation of her luxury real estate brokerage in San Diego’s East County. In 2006, she was named in the “101 Most Powerful Women in San Diego” and spoke at various engagements throughout the city. She also served on city planning committees, as the president on a number of volunteer committees and as a San Diego school board member.

Real estate coaching has been one of Bopi’s forte and passion. She loves seeing other agents succeed and helping them grow to their potential. In a recent interview, Bopi shared some of her philosophy for real estate agents’ development and practice. “Real estate is a service we are providing to the public. It is crucial that we guide clients with the utmost care and professionalism. Know the numbers; know the marketplace where you do business; listen to your clients’ needs, and be resourceful.”
