Experienced Realtors® continue to choose to call Windermere Real Estate Southern California home, knowing they will receive unparalleled agent support, up-to-date training and the professional tools necessary to grow their business. This week, Windermere Real Estate Southern California welcomes Cynthia Campbell and Darryl Mohr to their growing family of real estate professionals. Cynthia joins Windermere’s Palm Springs Main office located at 850 N Palm Canyon Drive, while Darryl finds his new home at Windermere’s La Quinta office at 47-250 Washington Street.
“We are honored that these two seasoned professionals have chosen to join Windermere,” said Bob Deville, co-owner of Windermere Real Estate Southern California. “Both Cynthia and Darryl reflect the level of professionalism and ethical business practices that Windermere real estate agents are known for. Windermere looks forward to our association and the opportunity to take our businesses to higher levels.”
With 24 years of experience in the industry, Cynthia Campbell is well versed in multiple aspects of the real estate market from condo conversions to multi-million dollar homes and estates. Before moving to Palm Springs, Cynthia sold in the Los Angeles area and later the Central Coast market. Her work with new builders on the Central Coast led Cynthia into relocation and the active adult community market. Cynthia was awarded numerous J.D. Powers Customer Service awards and recognized as the National Sales Person for the California Central Coast Division.
Cynthia’s work in active adult communities assisted her in earning her SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation in 2003. Cynthia is also a member of ACT 1, an organization committed to the quality and care of seniors, and she has been featured in the National Association of Home Builders’ 50+ Housing Magazine. A certified yoga instructor and amateur photographer, Cynthia moved to Palm Springs after recurring visits to friends’ homes in the desert. “I fell in love with the desert – the crisp air, the beauty of the natural landscape and the invigorating, yet relaxed lifestyle you can find here,” shared Cynthia.
California native Darryl Mohr has called the Coachella Valley home for almost a decade. Darryl’s entrepreneurial spirit led him into an extensive career in sales and marketing. He has owned and operated several businesses in a variety of industries, including restaurants, land development and general building contracting. While working for Xerox as an engineering products dealer, Darryl finished in the top 1 percent of the national sales force of 24,000 sales representatives.
A personal real estate investor for 30 years, Darryl has owned numerous properties including single-family residences to multiple unit complexes. While working in land development and contracting, Darryl brought together 5 separate builder developments on a 325-acre stretch of land near Pleasanton, California. After moving to the Coachella Valley, Darryl began specializing in golf course communities, like the Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club. “I truly enjoy working in real estate and sales. My experience as an investor really helps me target my clients’ needs and motivations for selling or buying a home,” shared Darryl.
